I love the second part where the cop is trying to make a point and he asks the audience if they’ve ever done any speeding on the way to the lecture, hey?
Well from off camera Professor James Duane can be heard telling the audience NOT to answer that. “I just gone done telling you not to talk to the police! And this is on video!”

thanks for this… once, after my car broke down in a tunnel, a mass. state police trooper let me hang out in his car for a while, waiting for a tow. he was working a detail, but his day job was as an arson investigator. he told me never, ever, talk to the police without a lawyer. when you are being interviewed, they will do whatever they can to get you talking without one! nice guy, he was. good advice from the other side, as you’ve presented.
You’re welcome and thank you. My dad used to be a cop in Va Beach. He told me the same thing. He told me not even to answer the question “do you know how fast you were going” because it would be a confession. Same thing Officer Bruch said in part II!
